A funeral mass was celebrated for Lucy Fanning on Wednesday morning. Although most parishioners would not have known her, it was a tribute to Lucy’s gentle, child-like faith and love of God that almost all who used to help Lucy make her Holy Communion at her residential home attended her Requiem.
